I like to do something new in cake decoration. This time, Mrs Mabel gave me chance to make Ariel Mermaid Cake that sitting down on a shell.
I made the shell from chocolate sponge cake and covered with pink fondant.
and taraaaaaaaaa....it looks very nice :)
Wording " Angel ", the name of the birthday girl. I hope she likes this cake...
One thing, if you want to try to make the shell, You have to make support like you make tiers cake.
( put dowel between two cakes )
At first time I tried no support, the shell almost sink down. So, I decided to take the shell from the
cake and put the dowel..
It's nice already :)
